The Department Council/Department Association Meetings will be held at the Best Western Columbia Inn at 3100 I-70 Drive SE in Columbia, Missouri on March 14-15,2008.  Room rates are $69.00 + taxes for one to four people per room.  There is a free breakfast.

    We are there the same weekend as the State High School Basketball Championship Games, thus rooms in Columbia during that time will be at a premium.  We are lucky they will let us have them at this rate.

    If you have any intention at all of attending these sessions, suggest you go ahead and make reservations promptly.  You can always cancel later if need be.  BE SURE TO TELL THEM YOU ARE WITH THE INDEPENDENT ORDER OF ODD FELLOWS.

    I haven't signed the contract yet, but will probably do it on Monday.  They are holding the rooms for us until they can prepare the contract for us.
